Year Four: January 2024 Spring Term

We hope everyone has had an exciting Christmas and New Year break.

The first thing both Mrs Minney & I would like to do is to say a huge and heartfelt thankyou for all the wonderful Christmas wishes and gifts that we received from you all. It was extremely generous and we are very lucky to be able to work with such a super group of young people.

I hope that the children are rested and looking forward to returning to school.

Please can you ensure that P.E. kits are in school every day as it is sometimes required that we alter our P.E. day. Also, please include warmer clothing such as jogger bottoms, in case we are outside. Additionally, please ensure all children have a refillable water bottle daily.

All the children were given the spellings for this term before we broke up, however, they are listed on the link below. There are two slides but each child should know which spelling group they are to focus on. That being said, all the words are important, so please feel free to practise all of the spellings as that will improve their vocabulary and general writing.
