This week in Year 1 has been really fun as we had our computing week. We have learnt how to paint using a laptop and how to use a trackpad. In literacy we have been looking at tricky words in the story of Baby Mouse. In maths, we have been comparing numbers, deciding which is more and which is less. In science we are still describing materials, looking at their properties.
In our continuous provision this week we have been designing our own tube maps. Describing different materials. Planning our own short story about losing a tooth, having a birthday party or buying a new pet. We have practiced our fine motor skills by cutting out different types of lines.
