This week in Rhyme Town, we visited the farm and sang Old MacDonald Had a Farm and Baa Baa Black Sheep—the children loved joining in with the actions and sounds!
In Maths, we continued learning about 2D shapes and their properties, building on our knowledge and spotting shapes all around us.
On Remembrance Day, we observed a moment of silence to honour and remember those who gave their lives in the two world wars.
At Forest School, we got creative by making crowns using natural materials and foliage we found—it was such a lovely activity.
We also had a fascinating lesson on the weather! The children learned about the different weather symbols and talked about the types of clothing we need for different conditions.
On Tuesday, we joined in with Odd Socks Day to support Anti-Bullying Week—it was wonderful to see everyone’s colourful and mismatched socks!
